Phone Repair warranty

What’s covered

• Every phone repair we do is covered with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. Meaning if something ever goes wrong, like your screen stops working, or battery stops charging, any defect in the manufacturing process of the part we repaired will be covered free of charge to you.

• Our warranty also covers our workmanship. So if we make a mistake while repairing your device, we will make it right.

• A labor fee of $45 is sometimes charged for warranty work after 90 days from initial repair, or if an iPhone LCD is damaged from use, but the glass is not cracked.

what’s not covered

• Our warranty does not cover anything that you do to your phone. For example, if your screen stops working after a repair, we can likely replace it within the warranty. But if your screen gets cracked or broken we do not cover replacing a part that you broke.

Computer repair warranty

What’s covered

• Our computer repairs are warrantied for one year.

• All of the above also applies to computer repair warranties.

• Computer warranties are limited based on the nature of computer parts and multiple factors that could cause issues in the future. Feel free to call or ask one of us for more information.
